Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TheFinalFan.com (the “Service”), operated by Jolly Empire Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using The Final Fan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility to Use the Service

The Service is available globally to anyone aged 18 or older, except where prohibited by local law. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are authorised to use the email address you register with. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2. Prize Promotion Eligibility

Participation in The Final Fan game is open globally. However, prize eligibility is restricted to legal residents of the United Kingdom, United States of America, European Union member states, and South Africa. Players outside these territories may play the game in full but are not eligible to receive prizes. Full details, including country-specific restrictions, are set out in the Prize Rules.

3. Free to Play

The Final Fan is entirely free to play. No purchase is necessary to participate or to be eligible to receive prizes. Any prizes awarded are funded independently by Jolly Empire Ltd.

4. The Game

The Final Fan is provided on an “as is” basis. We will use best endeavours to keep the Service available throughout the 2026 FIFA World Cup but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Round deadlines, scoring rules, and prize structures may be adjusted at our discretion; any material changes will be communicated to registered players. All game decisions made by Jolly Empire Ltd are final.

5. Friends Tourneys

The Final Fan provides tools to create and manage private Friends Tourneys, including optional tracking of entry fees and prize pools between participants. TheFinalFan.com has no involvement whatsoever in any fees, payments, or financial transactions agreed by and between friends. The Tourney Manager is the sole organiser of any financial arrangements. It is your responsibility to confirm that organising a Friends Pool is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction. The Final Fan accepts no liability for disputes arising from such arrangements.

6. Prizes

Prizes are awarded at our discretion to eligible surviving players in accordance with the Prize Rules. By participating, you agree to be bound by the Prize Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. See our full Prize Rules for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jolly Empire Ltd shall not be liable for:

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed £100 GBP. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. User Conduct

By using the Service you agree that you will not:

Accounts found to be in breach of these conduct rules may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice, and any associated prizes may be forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software comprising The Final Fan is the property of Jolly Empire Ltd and is protected by intellectual property law. The Final Fan is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by FIFA, Apple Inc., Uber Technologies Inc., Amazon.com Inc., or any participating national team, sponsor, or third-party brand. iPhone is a trademark of Apple Inc. Uber and Uber Eats are trademarks of Uber Technologies Inc. Amazon is a trademark of Amazon.com Inc. FIFA and the FIFA World Cup are trademarks of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association.

10. Data and Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein, including use of your display name in game standings, friend tourney leaderboards, and prize announcements.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered players of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@thefinalfan.com. On termination, your game data may be retained for a reasonable period for record-keeping purposes, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall first be referred to us in writing at hello@thefinalfan.com so that we may seek an informal resolution. If we are unable to resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the courts of England and Wales, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Severability
