This promotion is open to legal residents of:

• United Kingdom
• United States (50 states and District of Columbia)
• European Union member countries
• South Africa

Participants must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Employees of Jolly Empire Ltd, their affiliates, agents, and immediate family members are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

Prize eligibility may be extended to additional countries during the tournament. Please check Prize Rules for the most current eligibility list.

Promotion Period

The promotion runs from the start of Round 1 (June 11, 2026) through the WC 2026 Final on July 19, 2026.

How to Enter

1. Sign up for The Final Fan at www.thefinalfan.com (free)
2. Make your picks in each round
3. Survive each round (finish above zero lives) to qualify for that round's prize pool
4. Survive the Final Round (Round 10) to qualify as a “Final Fan” and be eligible for the Grand Prize

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Sign-up and gameplay are completely free.

Prizes

Round Prizes: At the end of the tournament, the following will be awarded:

• 1 (one) Uber Eats voucher worth approximately $25 USD (or local equivalent), randomly selected from users who survived each respective round (Rounds 1–9)
• 1 (one) Amazon voucher worth approximately $25 USD (or local equivalent), randomly selected from users who survived each respective round (Rounds 1–9)

That's up to 9 Uber Eats vouchers and 9 Amazon vouchers awarded across the tournament.

Grand Prize:1 (one) latest model iPhone (or similar device of equal or greater value at our discretion), randomly selected from “The Final Fans” — users who survived all 10 rounds including the Final.

Winner Selection

Winners will be randomly selected using a certified third-party random number generation service (Random.org or similar) after the conclusion of the WC 2026 Final. The decision of Jolly Empire Ltd is final.

Notification

Winners will be notified via email to the email address associated with their account within 14 days of selection. Winners must respond within 14 days of notification to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn from the eligible pool.

Prize Fulfillment

• Electronic vouchers will be delivered via email within 30 days of claim
• The iPhone will be delivered via standard shipping within 60 days of claim
• “Latest model iPhone” means the most recent retail-available iPhone at time of delivery in the winner's region, or a substitute device of equal or greater value at our discretion
• Prizes will be delivered in the winner's region (US winners receive US-region prizes, UK winners UK-region, etc.)
• Vouchers will be delivered in the local currency of the winner's region

Taxes

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on their prizes. US winners who receive prizes with a fair market value totaling $2,000 or more in a calendar year may receive a Form 1099-MISC for tax reporting purposes.

The fair market value of prizes is taxable income to the winner. Winners are responsible for reporting prize income to applicable tax authorities and paying any taxes due, even if no tax form is issued.

General Conditions

1. We reserve the right to verify eligibility of any participant
2. Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash
3. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary
4. Decisions of Jolly Empire Ltd are final
5. These rules govern the promotion; in case of conflict with marketing materials, these rules prevail
6. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time if necessary, with reasonable notice to participants
7. By participating, you agree to be bound by these rules

Personal information collected during sign-up is used per our Privacy Policy. Winner names and locations (country/region only) may be published or announced for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to such publication should you win.

Disputes

Any disputes regarding this promotion must be raised in writing to hello@thefinalfan.com within 30 days of the alleged event. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
