Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of The Final Standing(the “Service”), operated by Jolly Empire Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using The Final Standing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Service is available to anyone aged 18 or older, except where prohibited by local law. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are authorised to use the email address you register with. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2. Free to Play

The Final Standing is entirely free to play. No purchase is necessary to participate.

3. Prizes and Promotions

The Final Standing does not currently offer platform prizes. If a prize promotion is introduced, its eligibility and terms will be set out in the Prize Rules, which will be published when any prizes are confirmed and live. Private Friends Tourney Pots (Section 5) are separate: they are arrangements solely between participants and are not platform prizes offered by us.

4. The Game

The Final Standing is provided on an “as is” basis. We will use best endeavours to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Round deadlines, scoring rules, and game structures may be adjusted at our discretion; any material changes will be communicated to registered players. All game decisions made by Jolly Empire Ltd are final.

Survival, elimination, and Second Chance percentages shown are provided as general engagement indicators for display purposes only. They do not affect gameplay, survival, or elimination, which are determined solely by actual match results, and may not precisely reflect real-time data.

5. Friends Tourneys and Private Pots

The Final Standing provides tools to create and manage private Friends Tourneys, including optional tracking of entry fees and Prize Pots between participants. The Final Standing and Jolly Empire Ltd have no involvement whatsoever in any fees, payments, or financial transactions agreed by and between participants. The Tourney Manager is the sole organiser of any financial arrangement. It is your responsibility to confirm that organising a private Pot is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction. We accept no liability for disputes arising from such arrangements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jolly Empire Ltd shall not be liable for:

• any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• any loss or corruption of data;
• any indirect, consequential, or special loss;
• service interruptions or technical failures beyond our reasonable control;
• disputes between participants arising from Friends Tourney arrangements;
• any reliance placed on content or information provided through the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed £100 GBP. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. User Conduct

By using the Service you agree that you will not:

• create more than one account;
• use automated scripts, bots, or any artificial means to influence game outcomes or referral counts;
• share account credentials or allow others to access your account;
• engage in any conduct intended to circumvent the game rules or scoring system;
• harass, abuse, or harm other players.

Accounts found to be in breach of these conduct rules may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice.

8. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

All content, branding, and software comprising The Final Standing is the property of Jolly Empire Ltd and is protected by intellectual property law.

The Final Standing is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Premier League, any participating club, or any third-party brand. All club names and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

9. Data and Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein, including use of your display name in game standings and Friends Tourney leaderboards.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered players of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@thefinalfan.com.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall first be referred to us in writing at hello@thefinalfan.com for informal resolution. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the courts of England and Wales, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
